Our services

AutomationHead is a digital agency. We design and build websites, online stores and mobile apps, improve search and AI search visibility, build AI agents, chatbots and workflow automation, collect and manage data, run outreach, social media and paid advertising, and host and maintain what we build.

This website describes those services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a guarantee of a particular result. Prices shown are starting points. The scope, fees, timeline and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

You agree to use this site lawfully, and not to interfere with it, probe it for vulnerabilities or use it to send spam or malicious code.

No obligation

Contacting us or asking for information creates no obligation on either side. No contract for services exists until both parties sign a written agreement. Information on this site is general and is not professional, legal or financial advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and AutomationHead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, layout, code and the AutomationHead name and logo, belongs to AutomationHead or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from it, or use our name or logo, without written permission.

Client work shown on this site belongs to the respective clients and is shown as an example of our work. Ownership of anything we create during an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or to the law, and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
